I typically don't post BAD reviews, but I felt it is important to warn consumers about vendors who take advantage of them. This provider, John Pickett, of John's Plumbing Heating & More took critical advantage of us during an emergency kitchen sink clog. It was a Saturday evening and I had just brought my terminally ill husband home from the hospital earlier in the day. The kitchen sink backed up and I was overwhelmed! John and his assistant came out and charged me an $425 to snake the drain in the kitchen!! He did not provide an estimate before hand and his assistant broke a treasured family heirloom in the basement, which I didn't discover until days later! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

John’s Plumbing came to help us with a back up in our basement drain and toilet. They graciously came out ahead of schedule on a Sunday. We used a Big Name plumber company a few weeks prior costing us $400- for maybe 15 mins of work, only to be told that the Big Name plumber had to come back to use a hydro jet for an additional $1200 to clear our line of roots. John’s Plumbing came out after them this weekend- John and his team worked for about two hours and got our line cleared. They worked very hard and spoke honestly about what we needed to do moving forward to maintain our homes plumbing. We fully trust John’s expertise and we will use John’s Plumbing in a heartbeat if needed. I highly recommend and support John’s Plumbing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Showed up after hours on my schedule. On time. I experienced a problem with the water heater I had purchased, and he waited while I went to exchange it, then knocked out the job in good time. Down to earth, hard working man.

1000% recommend John went above + beyond the scope of the job he was hired for and informed me of problems that I wasn’t aware of.
